The Council on Foundations’ 2022 Grantmaker Salary and Benefits (GSB) Survey is now open and your participation is needed.

IPA is once again partnering with COF to encourage our members to participate. Members who complete the survey receive a FREE copy of the national report—a $598 value! Data gleaned from the annual survey is used to create the Indiana and Midwest reports, which are developed by IPA in partnership with the Council of Michigan Foundations (CMF).

TAKE THE SURVEY

Since 1980, the GSB has provided the sector with the most comprehensive data on staff composition and compensation in the United States. Grantmakers rely on this annual report to inform budgeting, talent recruitment and retention strategies, and personnel policies and practices.

The deadline to complete the survey is May 10, 2022. Please consider completing the survey—the greater the participation, the greater the insights for the entire field.

Survey participants will receive:

  • A free copy of the report – a $598 value
  • Early access to the report’s data table
  • Access to create custom benchmark reports

Council membership is not required to participate in the survey. For more information including a list of FAQs, visit cof.org/GSBsurvey or email the Council research team at research@cof.org.
