The three-day class focuses on creating an inclusive culture of collaborative learning in teams, communities and organizations. It is for both new and experienced leaders, managers, facilitators and graduate students who would like to develop or improve their facilitation skills. It takes place at The Seasons Lodge in Nashville, Indiana. The workshop begins at 9:30 am on Day 1 and ends by 3:00 pm on Day 3. There are evening sessions on both the first and second days.
