Member Dues Exception Request

To ensure members receive a just and equitable rate that fully represents their giving practices, IPA offers a peer committee to review exception requests from members experiencing a temporary increase in grantmaking (such as managing READI funds, pass-through, capital projects, etc.).

By providing an opportunity to remove such grants from your dues calculation, assessments remain fair and consistent.

For public foundations, this amount can be found in Section 1, Line 13 of your most recent 990; for private foundations, this amount can be found in Section 1, Line 25.
