Erika Petrelli, Sr. Vice President of Leadership Development, The Leadership Program

Currently a speaker, educator, blogger, and mother residing in Indiana, Erika has been in the field of education for more than 15 years and holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Indiana University. She currently exercises her dynamic education experience as Vice President of Leadership Development, which is centrally housed in New York City. Erika oversees and supports the development of over 200 employees, the creation of new and evolving content and curriculum, and the implementation of services throughout the country. She is regularly invited to conferences across the country, speaking on leadership, management, training, motivation, and engagement.

Erika ceaselessly provokes and encourages growth, opportunity, and dedication. Her formula of wings and whimsy is delightfully bewildering in its special combination of efficiency, intelligence, and light. She is known for her ability to bring people together to work towards a common goal, for modeling and upholding exemplary standards, and for her ability to maintain high morale and work ethic. She fosters the exploration of the extraordinary in the ordinary.
