Land Banks ensure that communities have the policies, tools, and resources they need to support the effective, equitable reuse of vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated (VAD) properties. Join us to increase your ability to transform VAD properties into assets for your neighbors and neighborhoods. This program will introduce you to how urban, suburban, and rural communities can utilize Land Banks address the full cycle of property revitalization by nurturing strong partnership and supporting systemic reforms that ensure public, private, and community leaders have the knowledge and capacity to create and sustain change.
