Managing & Animating Social Purpose Real Estate
Nonprofit Centers Network & Community Vision are partnering to introduce the basics and not-so-basics of Asset Management, Property Management, Facilities Management and Community Management. If you manage a nonprofit center, plan on operating a center soon, or are curious about how to make the most of your building, this professional development is for you. It is a four part series with two-hour sessions on each topic - 9/15, 9/29, 10/13 and 10/27 – for a total of eight hours of professional development.
Who should attend?
Any level of staff; they’re designed to be great refresher courses for experienced operators as well as good introductions for those newer in their roles. Each session is designed with certain roles in mind like Executive Directors, Property Managers, Facilities Staff, and Community Animators.
You may attend all four sessions yourself, or have it be professional development for your team, and have your staff attend the session most relevant to their roles.
