Each year, at the beginning of the Indiana General Assembly session (in late January or early February), we host a gathering for legislators and advocates of philanthropy. This event is your chance to discuss issues of importance to the philanthropic sector with your state lawmakers.
IPA strives to educate lawmakers about the nature and importance of the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors in Indiana, but the success of these efforts depends on member involvement. Legislators need to hear from individuals who are actively involved in philanthropy in the communities they represent.
