Cathedral High School is excited to share that along with his wife Casie, Indianapolis Colts player and Cathedral graduate Jack Doyle ‘08, has made a gift to establish the “Jack and Casie Doyle Tuition Assistance Grant.” Funding from this grant will be utilized beginning with the 2018-2019 academic year to provide tuition assistance for two incoming Cathedral freshman who attended an east deanery Catholic grade school within the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.

After going undrafted in the 2013 NFL draft, Doyle eventually landed with the hometown Indianapolis Colts where he has been an integral member of the team and a local fan favorite. Doyle has remained connected to Cathedral High School over the years in multiple ways and has volunteered by speaking to student athletes, attending Cathedral events, and maintaining contact with his former classmates, teachers, and coaches.

“Cathedral is grateful and humbled by this display of generosity from Jack ‘08 and Casie Doyle,” says Cathedral President Rob Bridges. “We are so thankful for this gift and their investment and support of tuition assistance at Cathedral High School. Accessibility and affordability have been core values and central to our mission for close to 100 years and we are excited that two eastside families will be able to experience Cathedral High School due in large part to Jack and Casie’s generosity and belief in our mission.”

Cathedral has an enrollment of 1,180 students in grades 9-12, with 99% graduating to advance to higher education.
