Maximizing Corporate Community Investments (MCCI) is a comprehensive curriculum for corporate giving professionals developed through a collaboration between seven regional associations of grantmakers and TCC Group. Based on TCC Group’s years of experience developing, implementing and evaluating philanthropy programs for corporate clients, the curriculum consists of six modules covering all aspects of a high-impact giving program:

Learn how to measure your program’s impact on your bottom line and in the community.
Managing Employee Engagement
From trends in workplace giving campaigns to pro bono services and skills-based volunteerism, learn all about integrating employee engagement into your giving program.
Products & In-Kind Giving
Learn how to develop guidelines for in-kind donations and understand IRS rules for valuing products.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop strategies for communicating funding decisions and learn how to heighten brand recognition.
The entire curriculum is periodically presented as a two-day workshop by regional associations of grantmakers across the country, including Indiana Philanthropy Alliance. Additionally, three of the six modules will soon be available online.
