Dreaming of using your advanced skills while serving the community? The Unity Foundation of La Porte County is looking to strengthen their team through the position of Vice President, Operations and Marketing.
This position is responsible for office operations, HR, events, marketing, volunteers, grant and scholarship administration, and special projects. It requires demonstrated success in management, organization, planning, customer relations and leadership; HR experience is a plus. Also required are strong writing, verbal communication, and marketing skills as well as a solid knowledge of MS Office technology, especially Excel. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, problem-solve and accomplish tasks quickly and efficiently.
A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or communication or commensurate education and experience are required. Non-profit management certificate, knowledge of La Porte County and familiarity with community foundations a plus.
