CICF is seeking a high-performing, results oriented development leader with a proven record of stewardship and fundraising to lead a new donor engagement team. This full-time position will manage a high performing donor services team, represent the Foundation to community leaders, and build and manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with world class customer service. This position requires outstanding communication and relationship building skills, superior customer service skills and excellent strategy, leadership and collaboration skills.
Like all members of Foundation staff, this professional must be committed to working through the lens of our mission, learning how systemic racism and other biases marginalize Central Indiana residents and actively working to dismantle unfair systems both internally and in the community.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years experience in not-for-profit fundraising or financial industry client services is required. Philanthropic certifications or financial accreditations, including CFRE, CAP, and CFP are a plus.
