CICF is seeking a professional person to provide premier relationship and endowment fund management for CICF’s not-for-profit fund holders.

This full-time position will work with the donor engagement team to provide exceptional customer service and with development staff to grow assets, respond to requests for proposals and make sales presentations to organizations. This position requires strong knowledge of the not-for-profit community, excellent organizational, analytical and evaluation skills as well as outstanding customer service skills.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or commiserate job experience in a related field is required; advanced degree and/or professional certification (i.e. CFRE, CAP, 21/64) or licensure preferred. Professional experience in relationship management and cultivation of clients/donors or financial services with clearly demonstrated success also preferred.
