The O’Neill School’s Indiana Leadership Program (ILP) connects O’Neill students to internships across the state of Indiana. These interns work in capacity building projects for their host site while advancing their own skills, growing networks, and learning to lead outside of the classroom. ILP is an excellent opportunity for students with limited professional experience who are seeking an opportunity to support a local nonprofit or public organization. Remember to also submit your Community Foundation Internship (CFI) grant application to get reimbursed for the intern’s salary through the CFI program.
