Explore the full cycle of women-led solutions in philanthropy, from engaging and empowering women donors to making meaningful impact in your community.  Consider giving circles and other avenues for building and sustaining powerful relationships with women donors. Learn about gender norms and explore how grantmaking with a gender lens can maximize the social return on all investments in your community. Examine how to apply a gender lens to your grant guidelines and communications with grantees.

Meghan Cummings
, CFRE, executive director, The Women's Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation
Meghan Cummings brings a broad perspective of fundraising through her 16 years of experience with nonprofit organizations, a corporate charity and a community foundation. She is passionate about addressing poverty issues by igniting public will and inspiring individuals, companies and foundations to collaborate in new ways. Meghan is the president of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  

Dr. Marcia Coné, president, Marcia Coné Consulting
Dr. Marcia Coné is a writer, speaker, change strategist and advocate for women. As founding CEO of the Women's Fund of Rhode Island, she successfully advocated for policy advances, including womens' leadership, representation and paid family leave. In addition to her Change Strategist role with Women's Funding Network and Advancing Women's Excellence, she is the Entrepreneur in Residence at Wheaton College. Marcia is the author of Permission Granted: Changing the Paradigm of Women in Leadership and her latest book, Plaid Skirt.
